Residential customers can earn rebates from Georgia Power for implementing and installing qualifying energy savings improvements. Georgia Power’ss Energy Assessment & Solutions Program is also open to income-eligible multifamily properties.

- The Whole House approach promotesa holistic method of reducing electricity use through the installation of multiple prescriptive improvements. It is a three-step comprehensive method which assessesall of the systems within a property. Participation in the Whole House Home Energy Improvement Program is limited. Qualified multifamily properties can receive rebatesup to $500/unit/year.
- The Individual Improvement Energy-efficient upgrades may include Smart Thermostats, Central AC Replacement, Air Sealing, Duct Sealing, Attic Insulation, Heat Recovery Water Heater with Heat Pump, Integral (Hybrid) Heat Pump Water Heater, Solar Water Heater, and a Home Energy Assessment. Qualified multifamily properties can receive rebatesup to $300/unit/year.
